How do I buy tickets?

Create an account, browse events, select your ticket type, and complete payment. You'll receive your ticket instantly via email.

Can I get a refund?

Refund policies vary by event. Check the event details for the organiser's refund policy before purchasing.

How do I create an event?

Sign up as an organiser, go to your dashboard, and click "Create Event". Fill in event details and ticket information, then submit for approval.

When will my event be approved?

Most events are approved within 24 hours. We review events to ensure quality and safety. You'll be notified of approval status via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments through Pesapal, which supports M-Pesa, credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods.

How do I download my ticket?

Your ticket is sent to your email as a PDF. You can also download it from "My Tickets" in your dashboard anytime.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! We use encrypted connections and never store credit card data. Payments are processed through secure Pesapal servers.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
